Put in a sick note, to defend yourself against the bullying by management, sacked. Also with regards to management, it's their way or guess what, you're sacked. Cameras everywhere and they are always watching you (that I did have numerous experiences with). Everything was going well for me and was being praised until one day something happened which was out of my control and my days were numbered. Sacked within a week. Purely because management didn't get their way. Environment is depressing and there is little to no banter about the place. Everyone is miserable but as long as production keeps running who cares right? I had over 10 people telling me not to take that job but I ignored them thinking I'm sure it's all just hearsay. I was wrong and to be honest the day I was sacked was the best day I had there. I felt free when I walked out that door for the last time. Cons Too many. Management. marine harvest has a reputation and people think that its a horrible place to work but in fact this is NOT true I worked there for quite a while and it was one of the better jobs I have had in life I would rate it 9/10 and while you work you can have a really good laugh with the other employees You can learn a lot from the company and from the managers but as far as I go I think I have learned everything that I needed to learn from them and I need to move on to something better for me!
