I like everyone I work with (even the management) aside from the tech sup who doesn't know shit and tells me I'm good to my face but tells the other techs shit about me like they're not gonna tell me he's saying it. The customers are mostly fine to good, and 90% understand the pushing of services, ST, etc even if they're super not interested. I think there's only been like twice we've actually had problem customers in tech. One who demanded we sell him a computer when A) he wouldn't even pretend to listen to the spiel and B) we didn't have it in stock anyway. The second was one who was yelling at our SM about how he told her that if she went with our service she would never ever get a virus or have a problem ever. (Spoiler: he did not say that) She pitched such a fit when we were trying to explain that we could and would help her with the issue(s) she was having, that she's not allowed back in the store.
